This is a course
that has just been reopened by new management so we were playing it in sort of
a “transition” period. However, for a
course that had been closed (and us playing it late into Fall)
it was in overall good condition. The
carpets were slightly worn (making for some fast and at times inconsistent
putting) but they were not ripped or torn.
The holes in general were creative, if a bit repetitive, and they were
definitely designed with some difficulty.
However there are some holes on the front nine that are definitely
ace-able, which can keep a players overall score down. While the general landscaping was nice the
course is a little tight in places and there are several putting spots where
you have to get a little intimate with some bushes. In addition there is not a lot of space
between holes so on a crowded night the course might be a little uncomfortable. Overall this course is definitely worth
playing and even better gives you price breaks when you bring some friends!
